Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Because SYNCivate AI builds are customized, labor-intensive, and begin immediately upon engagement, the following refund terms apply to all packages, add-ons, and recurring services.

Setup Fees

• Full refund available if requested within 7 days of signing AND kickoff has not begun.
• No refund once the kickoff call has occurred or any build work has started.
• No refund if the client fails to provide required access or materials within 10 business days of written request — the project is considered client-abandoned and the setup fee is forfeited.
• No exceptions beyond the above.

Monthly Recurring (MRR)

• No partial-month refunds under any circumstance.
• Cancellation requires 30-day written notice.
• MRR for the full notice period is charged and collected.

Add-Ons

• Full refund if the add-on has not been started within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund once add-on work has begun.

Bonuses

• Non-refundable once delivered.
• Bonus calls expire 60 days after the confirmed go-live date if not scheduled by the client.
• Expired bonuses are forfeited — no credit or substitution issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback without prior written communication to SYNCivate constitutes a breach of this agreement.
• Services are suspended immediately and automatically upon a chargeback filing.
• A $50 chargeback recovery fee is added to the outstanding balance.
• Services are not restored until the chargeback is fully withdrawn and all balances, including the recovery fee, are paid in full.
• SYNCivate reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of all outstanding amounts and associated costs.
